The plant was designed and built by ATOLL, started production in November 2008 and operated continuously until shutdown in November 2018. The facility has a practical capacity 75TPH with total production of approximately 3,000,000 tons at a new cost of $6,000,000
Jigging Facility Including: (2) Apic Jigs (coarse and fine) with (3) 30” compartments, Air Pulse provided through Boge Air Compressors and Aerzen 100HP blowers, Vipro 5’x9’ dewatering screens, (3) 1’x4’ high frequency dewatering screens and Warman 8”x6” rubber lined pumps with 55HP motors.
Screen Tower and Conveyors with: (2) VIPRO 5’x14’ Single Deck Wet Vibrating Screens • 24” Truss and Channel Conveyors, with catwalk and safety shutdown: 24”x112’ with scale • 24”x120’ with scale • 24”x90’ • 36”x22’
Miscellaneous Channel Conveyors: 18”x40’ • (2) 24”x60’ • 36”x20’
OUTOKUMPU 17’ Thickener Tank, with hydraulic rakes with power lift, Bredel 3” peristaltic sludge pump and Warman 4”x3” pump
Fines Tower with (2) Krebs GMAX20-S3353SSC rubber lined cyclones Vipro 3’x8’ vibrating dewatering screen, tank, and (2) Warman 4”x3” 30HP pumps
Enclosed in an American Steel 80’W x 160’L x 36’ EH Open Truss Steel Building, with (6) 14’H x 16’W overhead doors, (2) man doors, lights, roof vent, fully insulated, bolted columns.
